Rivalforte provides a Market Intelligence Tool designed for the hotel industry. The service consists of monitoring demand-driving events and market price trends to provide insights via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. "Founding Member" Phase
Rivalforte is currently in a pilot phase. Access is granted to "Founding Members" to refine the service. During this phase, service levels (uptime) and feature availability are provided on an "as-is" basis. Pricing and package structures will be established individually with Founding Members before the official public launch.
3. Data Sources and Event Information
Market Data: Our insights are generated through the aggregation of publicly available market data.
Event Names: Rivalforte may mention real names of events (e.g., concerts, fairs, sporting events). These names are used strictly for informational and descriptive purposes to help users understand market demand. Rivalforte is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the organizers of these events.
4. User Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
Rivalforte provides data-driven suggestions. All final pricing and management decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user (the Hotel). Rivalforte is not liable for any loss of revenue or business opportunities resulting from the use of its insights.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. The competent court in Villach, Austria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
